The jetted tub's faucet was far too small for practical use!!! Temperature control in the shower felt unpredictable, resulting in some genuinely uncomfortable moments!!! More attention to detail in room maintenance would enhance the experience dramatically!!!

The atmosphere was great. We especially enjoyed the breakfast and the other guests from all over the country. We also liked the personal assistance from the entire staff. What a great 4 day stay.

A Nice Romantic Getaway!

We enjoyed a blissful three-night stay filled with Southern hospitality. The chef's breakfast creations were a highlight, especially the fresh berry parfait! Don't miss the fantastic homemade cookies at bedtime. For future guests, requesting a room with a shower door may enhance your experience.

Comfortable bed, bathrobes, towels, and attractive furnishings. Helpful staff. Great breakfasts and areas for conversation and meeting other guests.

Lack of Shower/tub rails, inadequate shelf/storage space for toiletries in bathroom. Parlor floor room is noisy off front desk. If elevator had been noted for disabled prior to booking, we would have taken an upstairs room with mote sunlight and presumably quieter.

The staff was exceptional! The location was in a perfect spot for seeing all the historical sights. The house itself was comfortable, inviting, a perfect southern B&B

Our arrival was met with very friendly staff and wonderful iced tea. The breakfast was a lovely experience with delicious made-to-order options. On the downside, our room was under the dining room, and we did hear some noise in the morning.

The breakfast was delicious with the homemade jams and dessert and the Fiore's veranda-sipping coffee, and the restaurant was great! Comforts of a double room with a four poster bed were fabulous. The hotel had an excellent location minutes from Columbia Square.

Headboard was not in keeping with decor - wrong wrong. Fan in bathroom in ceiling needs to be cleaned. Breakfast was good but popovers and eggs were cold.

Enjoyed nightly cookies and historical talks.
